Bike Ride 2001

On June 24th we gathered at 8am for breakfast at the Blue Moose restaurant in Monticello.

Some joined us for breakfast but didn't stay for the ride. Before leaving, L.T. stopped to wish us all a good ride.

It was a rainy day and Dave checked the situation. "It's not raining too hard!"

We arrive at the trestle bridge and all stop halfway across to enjoy the view while Dave points out the features of the landscape.

Despite some fear of height we all made it across and stopped to wait for everyone.   3 more miles to go.

Just a short distance to our destination, Harvey Siding, where vehicles wait to bring us back to the Blue Moose.
